About the event

Do The Right Scene & Different Women ( Monica Gaga /Ariane Barnes/Minder Kaur Athwal) are teaming up to bring you this exclusive event that aims to better understand the needs of our community when it comes to making the improv scene more inclusive for us and by us.

Designed specifically with POC/BAME performers in mind- we are inviting you to an interactive online research forum event where we will explore the themes, difficulties and realities around race and belonging in the UK improv scene- thinking specifically about how these issues have altered our choices or affected us in our daily lives as players.

This has never been done before- we will be collating research in the form of lived experience, testimonials and questionnaires both during and after the event. This is your shot to make HERSTORY!

Please note: As we are conducting research, Different Women & DTRS will use your email address to reach out prior to the event and immediately after it to send you a questionnaire. So it’s pretty crucial that we have your email address for this to be legit and meaningful ! You are of course- free to unsubscribe at any time.

Want to talk to us properly? No problem. We have a limited amount of one on one appointments for those of you who have had experiences you feel would be best approached in confidence. Email: hello@differentwomenproject.co.uk to request a 1:1 or to ask us any questions.
